钻杆涡动引起的套管磨损解析分析
THE RESEARCH ON CALCULATION METHOD OF CASING WEAR CAUSED BY DRILL-PIPE REVOLUTION
【摘要】 深井、超深井中严重的钻杆涡动是导致套管和钻杆磨损的一个重要原因 ,但对由此引起的套管磨损还缺乏有效的计算方法。基于钻杆涡动特性 ,初步引入了钻杆公转率的概念 ,结合磨损的数值计算方法 ,建立了钻杆公转情况下套管磨损的计算模型 ,并进行了实例计算和分析。结果表明 ,采用现场工作人员推荐公转率的方法计算出的钻杆磨损与实际磨损比较吻合 ,可采用该计算方法对套管磨损进行合理估算 ,有效预测和防止井下事故的发生。
【Abstract】 Severe drill-pipe revolution in deep well?ultra deep well is a main cause of casing wear and drill-pipe wear.But there is a lack of effective calculation method of casing wear presently.Based on drill-pipe revolution characteristic,this paper initially put forward the concept of drill-pipe revoution ratio and combine numerical calculation method of wear,establish the computation model of casing wear under drill-pipe revolution.A typical example is made according to the casing wear calculation method.The calculation results show that the calculation method can rationally estimate casing wear,so as to effectively forecast and prevent downhole accident.
