动力髁钉板内固定治疗股骨髁C型骨折

【摘要】 目的探讨动力髁钉板(DCS)内固定治疗股骨髁C型骨折的临床疗效。方法对15例股骨髁C型骨折的患者行DCS内固定。结果患者骨折于5~10月内愈合,平均6个月。参照Shelbourne疗效标准:优8例,良5例,可2例。优良率86.7%。结论DCS设计合理、操作方便、固定可靠。DCS治疗股骨髁C型骨折,术后可早期功能锻炼,疗效满意。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss clinical effects of DCS(dynamic compression screw)in treatment of type C fracture of femoral condyle.Methods 15cases of type C fracture of femoral condyle were treated with DCS intern al fixation.Results All the cases acquired bone healing 5to 10months postoperatively(averaging 6months).By Shelbourne standard,the result was excellent in 8,good in 5,and fair in 2.The rate of excellent and good resul ts was86.7%.Conclusion DCS is an idea internal fixation device for treatment of type C fracture of femoral condyle,because its reasonable design,simp licity,and reliable fixation enabl e patients to exercise earlier after operation and enjoy satisfactory clinical effects.[
