【摘要】 目的观察髂腹股沟皮瓣对拇指皮肤脱套伤的治疗效果。方法应用髂腹股沟皮瓣修复拇指皮肤脱套伤9例,切取皮瓣面积8cm×7cm～12cm×8cm,供皮区直接缝合。结果术后皮瓣全部成活,拇指功能恢复良好。结论髂腹股沟皮瓣修复拇指皮肤脱套伤方法简单易行,功能恢复较满意,适合广大基层医院推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of groin flaps repairing degloved thumbs. Methods Applying the groin flaps to repair the degloved thumbs in 9 cases,the size of the flaps ranged from 8cmⅹ7cm～12cmⅹ8cm,the donor site was sutured directly. Result All skin flaps were alive after operation,the thumbs’ function were well recovered. Conclusion This method of groin flap repairing the degloved thumbs performs simple easy, function recovery is more satisfied, suitable for the extensive foot layer hospital using.更多还原
