【摘要】 目的评价应用AO锁骨钩板联合韧带修复治疗完全性肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法13例完全性肩锁关节脱位的病人采用AO锁骨钩板联合韧带修复治疗。全部病例获得随访,随访6～18个月,平均为12个月。结果按Karlsson标准进行评价,优良10例,满意2例,差1例。患者无感染,无金属内植物折断及松动,肩锁关节无再脱位。结论应用AO锁骨钩板联合韧带修复治疗完全性肩锁关节脱位,固定可靠,可以早期进行功能锻炼,疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapy of using AO hook plate combined with ligament repair to treat complete acromioclavicular dislocation. Methods 13 cases with complete acromioclavicular dislocation were treated with AO hook plate combined with ligament repair. All the cases were followed up for 6 to 18 months with an average of 12 months. Results According to Karlsson grading system, 10 cases were excellent, 2 cases good and 1 case poor. There were no such complications as infection, breakage or loosening of the hook plate. Conclusion AO hook plate combined with ligament repair to treat complete acromioclavicular dislocation can provide reliable fixation and allow early functional exercises so that the effects are satisfactory.更多还原
