【摘要】 目的介绍一种简单有效的修复外踝及跟腱处软组织缺损的方法。方法设计腓骨短肌肌瓣逆行转位修复外踝及跟腱处软组织缺损创面。中厚皮片移植覆盖肌瓣。结果7例外踝及跟腱处软组织缺损合并骨、跟腱外露病例。缺损面积最大5cm×6cm,最小3cm×4cm。术后伤口Ⅰ期愈合,肌瓣全部成活。结论腓骨短肌肌瓣逆行转位修复外踝、跟腱处软组织缺损,此方法简单、并发症少、成功率较高,尤其适用于中小创面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce a valuable new method for coverage of the soft tissue defects on the lateral malleolus and Achilles tendon. Methods The peroneus brevis muscle flaps were translocated reversely for repair of the soft tissue defects on the lateral malleolus and Achilles tendon. Intermediately split thickness skin grafting was done to cover the flap. Results The peroneus brevis muscle flaps were applied for coverage of the soft tissue defects in 7cases, 5 males and 2 females. The largest area of the soft tissue defect was 5cm×6cm, and the smallest one was 3cm×4cm. The incisions of 7 cases healed at first stage, and all the muscle flaps survived. No necrosis occurred. Conclusion This simple technique results in few complications and high successful rates, and it is recommendable especially for the repair of soft tissue defects of small or moderate area.更多还原
