【摘要】 目的研究五指毁损伤手指功能重建方法。方法急诊行双侧第二足趾移植再造拇、示(中)指,必要时携带足背皮瓣一同移植。结果本组12例24指全部成活,除1例局部皮肤(1.5cm×1.0cm)坏死经换药愈合外,均为一期愈合。结论采用急诊双侧第2足趾移植再造拇、示(中)指重建毁损手功能,使患手功能得到最大限度地恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore functional reconstruction of smashed hand digits. Methods Replantation of bilateral 2nd toes was performed in emergency to reconstruct thumb and 2nd (or 3rd) digit, and the foot dorsum flap was transferred simultaneously if necessary. Results 24 replants in 12 cases survived at one stage, though 1 case had local skin necrosis 1.5 cm×1.0 cm in area which was cured after dressing change. Conclusion Functional reconstruction of smashed hand digits with replantation of bilateral 2nd toes in emergency is a satisfactory method in clinical practice, for it can restore the digital function to the possibly greatest extent.更多还原
