【摘要】 目的总结分析自制组合式外固定架治疗严重粉碎Pilon骨折的效果。方法治疗Pilon骨折26例,其中B型3例,C型23例,16例闭合性骨折,采用自制杂交式外固定架。结果3例局部感染,1例骨髓炎,3例行踝关节融合术。17例活动受限<25%,6例>25%,关节疼痛评分1级12例,2级6例,3级4例,4级4例。结论自行设计的组合式外固定架治疗严重粉碎Pilon骨折疗效可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize and analyze the therapeutic effects of self made mixed external fixator in treating severe comminuted Pilon fractures. Methods 26 patients who were treated with our self made mixed external fixator were followed up for 13 months (6 to 25 months). They included 3 cases of type B and 23 cases of type C. 16 of them were closed fractures. Their average age was 40 years old (18 to 70 years old). Results There were 3 cases of local infection and 1 case of osteomyelitis. Ankle fusion was done in 3 cases. Limitation of activity was < 25%in 17 cases, while it was >25%in 6 cases. According to Joint Pain Scoring, 12 cases had Grade 1, 6 cases Grade 2, 4 cases Grade 3 and 4 cases Grade 4. Conclusion Our self made mixed external fixator is reliable for Pilon fracture treatment.更多还原
