【摘要】 目的探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)患者中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)基因多态对IL-1βmRNA表达的影响。方法应用荧光定量RT-PCR技术检测不同IL-1β基因型的RA病人外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中IL-1βmRNA表达量的差异。结果携带IL-1β(-511)纯合子等位基因2组RA病人PBMC表达IL-1βmRNA量明显较非纯合子及正常人组为高(均P<001)。结论IL-1β基因多态性改变对IL-1βmRNA的表达产生影响,IL-1β(-511)纯合子等位基因2促进了IL-1βmRNA的表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the effect of IL-1 gene polymorphism on the expression of IL-1β mRNA in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. METHODS: The method of FQ-RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of IL-1β mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells separated from rheumatoid arthritis patients with different IL-1β genotype. RESULTS: The expression levels of IL-1β mRNA in 20 patients who carried IL-1β 2*2 genotype were higher than patients who carried no 2*2 genotype and normal subjects. Significant difference existed among three groups. CONCLUSION: IL-1β gene polymorphism influences the transcription of IL-1β. [更多还原
