【Abstract】 Polyimide resin is a high strength and heat resistant engineering plastic which is applied in diamond wheel manufacturing and has improved heat resistance of the wheel which therefore can be used in rough grinding hard alloy with a life longer than that of PF(phenol-formaldehyde) resin bond wheel.The paper introduces polyimide resin and its wheel’s manufacturing and application.更多还原
