【摘要】 目的　建立合适的VX2兔皮肤肿瘤模型。方法　手术取出荷VX2鳞癌新西兰大白兔肿瘤组织 ,匀浆 ,分别取活细胞浓度为 1× 10 7/ml 0 .3ml ,0 .15ml以及 1× 10 6/ml 0 .3ml的细胞悬液 ,注入 15只中国大白兔背部双侧皮内 ,观察比较其生长情况 ,并做常规病理活检。结果　 0 .3ml组种植成功率 10 0 % ,而 0 .15ml组成功率 60 % ;经病检证实为肿瘤细胞。结论　种植VX2肿瘤 ,细胞需要一定的溶液容积 ,其重要性甚至超过细胞浓度 ;1× 10 6/ml 0 .3mlVX2肿瘤细胞即能可靠复制出兔可移植性皮肤肿瘤模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a fitting simple model for skin tumor VX2 rabbit.Methods Extracting the tumor tissues from the VX2 tumor New Zealand rabbit, plasming, taking 0.3 ml,0.15 ml fluid with concentration 1×10 7/ml,and 0.3ml with 1×10 6/ml respectively.Intracutaneous injecting VX2 tumor cells on the both side back of fifteen Chinese rabbits.Observing and comparing the tumor growth condition carefully.Routine biopsy.Results The group 0.3ml get success 100%,while that is 60% in group 0.15 ml,which was determinated as carcinoma cells by the examination of pathology.Conclusion Transplanting VX2 tumor cells needs certain volume,which is even more important than the concentration.It could be duplicated rabbit skin tumor model simply,and credibility by transplanting 1×10 6/ml 0.3ml VX2 tumor cells.更多还原
