【摘要】 目的 探讨结节性红斑及结节性血管炎患者血小板活化功能。方法 应用流式细胞仪技术检测两种血管炎患者血浆CD62P表达。结果 与正常对照组相比,患者组CD62P表达量明显增高(P均<0.01);其中12例患者治疗后血染CD62P表达收治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),但仍高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 血小板活化在结节性红斑及结节性血管炎的发生、发展中具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Obiective To explore the changes of platelet activation in erythema nodosum and nodular vasculitis pa-tients. Methods Platelet-activation molecules CD62P on platelets from 40 patients with cutaneous vasculitis was detectedby using flow cytometry. Results Compared with the normal control group,increased expression of CD62P on platlets from40 patients was observed(P<0. 01);Expression of CD62P on platlets from 12 patients after recovered was significantly de-creased compared with that of patients before treatment(P<0. 01), but was still higher than that of the normal controlgroup(P<0. 01).
