【摘要】 目的　了解上海地区正常人指甲生长速率情况。方法　运用游标卡尺测量指甲生长长度 ,计算每日生长速率。结果　对 13 3 3个指甲观察结果表明 ,平均指甲生长速率为 0 .10 2± 0 .0 2 7mm /d ,男性为 0 .10 9± 0 .0 2 7mm/d ,女性为 0 .0 96± 0 .0 2 6mm /d ;右手比左手快 ,夏季比冬季快 ,年轻人比老年人快。每个甲位的生长速率不同 ,从快到慢依次为中指、食指、无名指、拇指和小指。结论　指甲生长速率明显受年龄、性别及温度的影响 ,另与甲位有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate growth rates of the normal person fingernail in Shanghai.Methods Using vernier caliper to measure the growth lengths of the fingernails,precisely calculated the daily growth rates.Results To compare the results of 1 333 fingernails statistically,the average daily growth rate of fingernails was 0.102±0.027 mm.The average growth rate of fingernails in male was 0.109±0.027 mm/d,which was faster than that in female:0.096±0.026 mm/d.The average growth rates of the right hand was faster than those of the left.The average growth rates in summer were faster than those in winter.The average growth rate of youngers were faster than those of the elders.The growth rate of each fingernail differs from the others.The rates of them could be counted down by middle finger,forefinger,ring finger,thumb and little finger.Conclusion Growth rate of fingernail is obviously affected by age,sex and temperature.Every fingernail has its own growth rate.更多还原
