【Abstract】 The uniformity plan was used to optimize the condition of determination vitamin E in barleygreen by spectrophotography. This study built up a method to determine vitamin E in barleygreen. The recovery was 97.66% and the lowest detection limit of vitamin E was 5.3354×10^-6 g/L. The content of vitamin E in barleygreen was 0.118g/kg and the RSD was 4.464%.更多还原
