玉米淀粉接枝丙烯酸制备高吸水树脂

【摘要】 在玉米淀粉上接枝丙烯酸制得高吸水树脂,并采用正交试验找出了最佳配方。该配方为:单体:淀粉=5:1,引发剂:单体=0.3:100,交联剂:单体=1:100。用该配方制得的高吸水树脂吸水率达856倍。淀粉接枝前应先糊化、宜用支链较多的淀粉和过硫酸钾作引发剂。

【Abstract】 This paper studied the synthesis of super water-absorbed resin by using graft copolymerization of acrylic acid of corn starch and used intersection test methods for optimum recipe.The recipe is:monomer:cornstarch=5:1,initiator:monomer=0.3:100,crosslinking agent:monomer=1:100.Water absorption of the super water-absorbed resin,prepared according to the recipe, is 856.The starch must be dextrinized before graft reaction, and amylopection is more suitable and initiator is potassium persulfate.
