【Abstract】 Management informationization is one of the characteristics for the enterprises of modern times. Food and beverage business, in the transitional course from a traditional trade to a modernized one, can achieve the aim of enhancing its competitive force and thus increasing its whole economic benefit only on condition that its overall management informationzation be carried out.
