【摘要】 体育教师继续教育工作是一项理论性、实践性很强的工作。近二十年来,这项工作取得了巨大成绩,同时也存在缺乏理性思考、科学论证、全面总结的问题。本文在文献资料分析的基础上,对一些根本问题进行了反思,提出了促进教师专业化发展的培训指导思想以及相应的课程方案,提出了校本培训的模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The education of physical training teachers at their posts is an important task both in theory and practice. In the resent twenty years, we have made great progress in the work, but we still lack some reasonable ponder, scientific proof and sum-up.
