焊丝成份对YG30/钢焊缝组织和硬度的影响

【摘要】 选用不同成份Ni-Fe-C合金焊丝对YG30硬质合金与45钢进行了TIG焊试验。用扫描电镜、电子探针,显微硬度分析了焊接接头的组织、元素扩散和硬度分布。结果得出,在57wt%Ni-Fe合金的基础上,适当增加焊丝中C浓度可以减少或抑制(相形成。焊缝的硬度随焊丝C浓度的增加而增加。C浓度为0.8wt%的焊丝,焊缝硬度最高,达320HV左右。

【Abstract】 The tungsten-inert-gas (TIG) arc welding experiments of cemented carbide YG30 and steel 45 were carried out using the filling alloys with different contents of Ni-Fe-C. The scanning electronic microscope (SEM), electron probe microanalysis, and microhardnesss tests were used to analyze the microstructure, atoms diffusion and microhardness distribution. The results showed that based on the 57wt%Ni-Fe alloys suitable carbon addition could reduce, even restrain the η phase formation. When the carbon content was 0.8wt% in above 57wt%Ni-Fe alloys, the weld hardness reached to about 320HM of the highest value.
