预混式气力喷雾系统喷头试验及结构优化
Test and structure optimization on nozzle of pre-mixing air spraying system
【摘要】 对预混式气力喷雾系统喷头进行试验,研究了结构喷头各参数对雾化效果的影响,并通过喷头孔 径d、喷头芯端间隙e和涡流室长度L三因素的水平正交试验,得出了喷头最佳结构参数为:d=1.3 mm, e=1.0 mm,L=20 mm.
【Abstract】 In this paper the spraying head of pre-mixing air spraying system is tested and studied. The influence of the structure parameters on spraying is discussed, and the optimal structure parameter of the spraying head are obtained by level testing of the aperture of nozzle (d), clearance of the head face in nozzle (e), and length of vortex room (L). The optimal structure parameters are as follows (mm): d=1.3, e=1. 0, L= 20.
