超声对电解法制备高铁酸钠反应速率的影响
The effect of ultrasonic on the preparation rate of sodium ferrate by electrolysis methods
【摘要】 以铁为工作电极,通过电解NaOH溶液(12.0mol·L-1)制备高铁酸钠,在体系温度为20~50℃,电流密度为500~2000A·m-2条件下,探讨了超声作用对高铁酸钠反应速率的影响.实验结果表明,超声能够提高高铁酸钠的生成速率;超声作用的效应随着操作电流密度的增加而增强,在实验条件下,40℃时超声作用对高铁酸钠生成的影响最大.
【Abstract】 The effect of ultrasonic on the electrolytic production of Na2FeO4 was investigated using iron as a working electrode in 12.0 mol·L-1NaOH solution, under the operating current density from 500 to 2()000 A·m-2and at the system temperature from 20 to 50()℃. The experimental results showed that ultrasound could improve the production rate of sodium ferrate. With the increase of operating current density the effect of ultrasonic was increased and the most remarkable effect of ultrasonic was at 40 ℃ under the experimental conditions.
