【摘要】 在揭示研究型大学发展特征的基础上,根据系统论原理,再对其进行分析,并探讨其形成机制,可以看出:理念机制、科研机制、人才机制和管理机制是其形成的根据;教育信息机制、资金因素机制和物质因素机制是其形成的条件。因此,研究型大学是通过其内部要素的结合和联系而成为统一的整体系统,并通过一系列的中介融合进社会整体之中的,从而形成永恒运动和变化发展的图景。更多还原

【Abstract】 By revealing its features and based on system theory, this paper makes a study on research universities and probes their formation mechanism. While concepts, science research, talent and administration are the basis of their formation, educational information, funds and material factors are the conditions of their formation.
