定量和定性研究在高校课堂教学质量评价体系构建中的应用

【摘要】 课堂教学质量评价是高校教学质量监控体系中的一个重要组成部分,构建科学有效的课堂教学质量评价体系,已成为高校教学管理实践中重要而迫切的课题。定量为主的传统课堂教学质量评价的弊端在实践中越来越突出,而新兴起的定性研究为主的发展性教师评价虽然受到教师的欢迎,但由于操作复杂而难以推广。只有结合定量、定性两种研究方法创建出多样性、多元化的课堂教学质量评价方式,评价才会更具有效性。

【Abstract】 Quality evaluation of classroom teaching is one of the components in the monitoring system of education and has become an important and urgent topic in the practice of teaching administration in higher education. The shortcomings of traditional evaluation method based on quantitative analysis have increasingly shown themselves, while the new evaluation method based on qualitative analysis, though popular with the teachers, is difficult to apply on a large scale due to its complex operations. Therefore, a more effective evaluation method of classroom teaching should be developed by integrating both qualitative and quantitative elements.
