【摘要】 地方综合性大学必须要有坚实的理科基础支撑,而衡量的标准是能否培养出适应社会发展需求的高素质的理科人才。传统的、单一的培养目标和培养模式,已远远不能适应时代发展的要求,这就要求地方综合性大学根据自身人才培养目标的定位,进行人才培养模式改革,即加强学科交叉渗透,形成理科综合优势;深化教学改革,提高理科人才培养质量;积极探索综合性大学中师范教育的新模式,培养高层次的理科师资人才;大力发展应用性理科专业,培养适应社会需求的应用型、复合型人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 A local comprehensive university must be supported with its solid foundation in science, and is usually judged by the criterion whether it can turn out high-quality science talents who can orient themselves to social developments. However, the traditional and unitary goal and pattern of talent cultivation cannot meet the present development requirements at all. Therefore, local comprehensive universities should carry out reforms in cultivating talents in accordance to their cultivation aims, promoting crossover of different disciplines to form comprehensive advantageous position of sciences; deepen reforms in teaching and improve the quality of science talents cultivation; explore new patterns of teachers training with a view to cultivating advanced teachers of sciences; develop applied science majors to cultivate interdisciplinary talents needed in society.更多还原
