【摘要】 推行信息公开制度是现代民主法治社会的必然要求。目前,我国信息公开制度已取得了一些成就,但也存在种种缺陷。没有救济就没有权利,缺乏司法的救济成为制约信息公开制度进一步发展的重要因素。因此,完善司法救济成为推进我国信息公开制度的紧迫任务。本文从阐述将司法救济纳入信息公开制度的重要性入手,通过探讨当前我国信息公开制度实行司法救济存在的问题,提出从引入司法救济程序、确立司法机关独立地位、明确司法救济方式三方面去完善信息公开制度,以进一步推动我国信息公开制度建设,从而更好的应对全球化给中国政府带来的挑战。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is necessary for Modern democratic society to carry out open information system. Now, Our open information system have got some achivement, but still have some shortcomiys. Without relief there is no rights. Without justice relief, which will restrict the development of open iaformation system. Therefone, Perfecting our justice relief has become an wrgent task for carrying out out open information system.
