【摘要】 目的探讨p80蛋白在间变性大细胞淋巴瘤(ALCL)中的表达及与预后的关系。方法用SP法检测CD30、CD20、CD45RO和p80在28例ALCL中的表达情况。结果CD30全部呈强阳性表达,p80蛋白有13例呈强阳性,p80蛋白阳性病例的免疫学表型为T细胞性11例和Null细胞性2例,无B细胞性和T、B细胞标记均表达的病例(P<0.05)。p80蛋白与ALCL的发病年龄、AnnArbor分期均无关,而与5年生存率密切相关(P<0.01)。结论CD30和p80蛋白的检测可用于ALCL的诊断、鉴别诊断及预后的判断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of p80 in anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) and its relationship with ALCL’s prognosis.Methods Immunohistochemical staining were performed in twenty-eight cases of ALCL by using monoclonal antibody p80~NPM/ALK and CD20,CD30 and CD45RO.Results All 28 case of ALCLs revealed strongly CD30 positive;p80 were also expressed in 13 cases,in which 11 cases with T cell and 2 with Null cell respectively. p80 expression was not correlated with ALCL’s age and AnnArbo stages,but its 5-year-survival rate(P<0.01).Conclusions The CD30 and P80 might be an useful marker for diagnosis and prognosis judgement of ALCL.更多还原
