经济适用房政策的完善
A Discussion about the Adjustment of Economic and Functional House’s Policy
【摘要】 我国现行的经济适用房政策在实施过程中暴露了一些问题,目前还未能真正起到解决城市中低 收入家庭住房问题的作用,对此我们必须及时完善这项政策。
【Abstract】 Our country’s policy about economic and functional house does not meet the needs of social development. It can’t solve the housing problem of medium or low income family, so we must adjust it in time.
