【Abstract】 In this paper, we discuss the parameter estimation of the constant stress accelerated life tests under the Weibull distribution. Some new estimates are given, and approximate confidence intervals are also derived with nonconstant shape parameter. The simulation results show that the new estimates and approximate confidence intervals are effective.更多还原
