三种农药对斑马鱼的急性毒性和生物浓缩系数
Acute toxicity and bio-concentration factor of three pesticides on Brachydanio rerio
【摘要】 采用斑马鱼 (Brachydaniorerio)为试验生物 ,研究了吡虫啉、三唑磷和哒螨灵的急性毒性和生物浓缩系数 .通过毒性试验 ,获得了这 3种农药对斑马鱼的 2 4、4 8、72和 96hLC50 值 .这 3种农药的 96hLC50 值分别为 2 81 37mg·L-1、8 37mg·L-1和 11 6 6 μg·L-1.根据急性毒性数据和有关技术指南 ,确定生物浓缩试验浓度和持续暴露时间为 14d .经 0 5和 5mg·L-1吡虫啉暴露后的生物浓缩系数 (BCFs)分别为1 5 2和 0 97.经 0 0 2和 0 2mg·L-1三唑磷暴露后的BCFs 分别为 9 0 0和 8 4 5 .经 0 1和 1μg·L-1哒螨灵暴露后的BCFs 分别为 5 6 0 0和 4 92 0 .
【Abstract】 The acute toxicity and bio-concentration factor of imidacloprid,triazophos and pyridaben were measured by using Brachydanio rerio as test organism.The 96 h LC 50 value of these pesticides was 281.37 mg·L -1 ,8.37 mg·L -1 and 11.66 μg·L -1 ,respectively.The concentrations of pesticides and the exposure duration of 14 days for BCF tests were designed according to results of the acute toxicity tests and relevant guideline.At the exposure concentrations of 0.5 and 5 mg·L -1 ,the bio-concentration factor (BCF) of imidacloprid was 1.52 and 0.97,respectively; while at the exposure concentrations of 0.02 and 0.2 mg·L -1 ,that of triazophos was 9 00 and 8.45,respectively.For pyridaben,the BCF was respectively 5600 and 4920 at the exposure concentrations of 0.1 and 1μg·L -1 .
