【Abstract】 Using MS. NET platform, technology about ASP. NET and Web Services, data encryption and authentification of user, the database and a data shared website about storm and flood data in upper-middle reaches of the Yangtze River are created, it is based on the research of standard for the storm and flood and the dataset.
