【摘要】 目的:了解老年人发生药物不良反应(ADR)的情况。方法:按患者的年龄、性别、用药情况及ADR的主要表现、发生时间、严重程度等进行统计分析。结果:125例报表中,男性81例,女性44例,平均年龄(69.12±7.38)岁,涉及药物68种,主要为抗感染药物(47.2％),其次为治疗心脏血管疾病药物(25.6％),ADR主要表现是全身性损害,其次是皮肤及其粘膜的损害,严重损害者8例;用药途径主要是静脉点滴。结论:应加强对老年人ADR的监测工作,以保证用药安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate drug adverse reaction occurred in aged people.METHODS: Statistical analysis was carried out according to the ages,sex of the cases,drug usage,main manifestation.time of occurrence and level of severity of ADR. RESULTS: Of 125 cases, 81 were male,44 were female,their average age was (69.12 ± 7.38 )years old.68 drugs were involved.Main drugs were antiinfective drugs (47.2%),next was the drugs for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (25.6%).Main manifestation of ADR was systemic damage,then was the damage to skin and mucous membrane. 8 cases suffered from severe damage.The main way of medication was IV injection.CONCLUSION: Monitoring of ADR in aged people should be strengthened in order to ensure the safety of drug usage.更多还原
