微型网状结构支架的力学性能研究
Research on Mechanical Property for Coronary Stents with Micro Net Structure
【摘要】 冠状动脉支架为圆柱形微型网状结构 ,直径 1mm ,厚度 0 1mm ,长度 10~ 16mm。在经皮冠状动脉介入PCI治疗中由球囊充气撑开到直径为 2 5~ 3 5mm的支架 ,在血管内承受血管壁回弹压力。为了保持血液流通支架必须保持其几何圆形。这是一个结构弹塑性稳定性问题。但是目前国际上对于支架的力学性能质量指标主要以强度性能评定而不涉及支架屈曲性能是不妥的。本文对于支架的强度和屈曲性能进行了全面的理论分析和实验研究 ,自行研制了智能式电子检测仪成功地对微型网状结构支架的强度和屈曲性能实现了实测实验研究。由于微型支架的离散型网状结构的特点 ,在实验中出现一些特殊的屈曲现象。本文研究结果对于支架的形状与性能设计的改进和力学性能质量标准规范的制订具有重要意义
【Abstract】 Coronary artery stent is a micro net structure with cylindrical shape, its diameter is 1mm, thickness is 0.1mm, and length 10~16mm. In the cure method of PCI, stents are widely used. During PCI treatment, the pressurized air of inflation with 8~10 bar is supplied into the balloon, the stent is inflated from its original diameter 1mm to the diameter 2.5~3.5mm. In order to keep the circulation of the blood flowing, it is necessary to keep the cylindrical circular shape of the stent under the pressure that is produced by the shrinkage of the artery. For the stent, this is a typical mechanical problem of elastic-plastic stability. But up to now, to determine the mechanical property of the stent, only “Radial Strength” is used, and without any consideration of the buckling behavior of the stent. It is incorrect. In our research project, the mechanical property of strength and buckling of stents with different materials are investigated by tests, and the test results are analyzed theoretically. An “Intelligent Electronic Measurement Apparatus” is designed and made especially for the investigation of buckling for stents. Because of the characteristics of the stent net structure, some special buckling phenomena are discovered in the tests. Test results are discussed and analyzed theoretically, and conclusions are given that will be important for the design of stent, and also for the work to lay down the standard of stent property.
