CAE技术在井架设计中的应用
The Application of CAE Technology to Design of the Derrick
【摘要】 应用CAE技术 ,针对ZJ30 / 170 0CZ钻机井架分别进行了静态分析及在自然状态和有钩载情况下的模态分析 ,为合理设计钻机井架结构提供了理论依据。通过分析计算 ,可以看出 :所设计的井架的静态强度满足要求 ;经动力再设计后的井架固有频率与钻机的设计工作转速相差较大 ,达到工程要求 ,表明修改后的井架设计方案合理
【Abstract】 In this paper, the CAE technology is applied to the static analysis and the modal analysis of ZJ30/1700CZ’s drilling machine derrick under load and without external loads separately, so that the scientific basis for rational design the drilling machine derrick structure is provided. By analyzing and calculating, we can get the following conclusions: The static strength of the derrick is enough; the natural frequency of the modified derrick and the working frequency of drilling machine are differed greatly, so the resonance can not occur in operation; the modified derrick structure design is approved to be correct.
