ZnO型复合脱硫剂的制备研究
Preparation and research of ZnO-based compound desulfurizer
【摘要】 用共沉淀法制备纳米ZnO型复合金属氧化物脱硫剂.此脱硫剂在中温、无氧条件下脱硫,硫容可达32.5%.同时,进行了锌、铜、锰氧化物的一元及二元组合的脱硫反应.实验证明:在相同的反应条件下,同时掺杂CuO和MnO2的ZnO脱硫剂的脱硫能力最佳,且降低了单一ZnO脱硫剂的硫化温度.少量的La2O3和CeO2作用于脱硫剂中,增加了脱硫剂的反应活性,提高了脱硫能力.并采用了DTA和XRD技术分析金属氧化物分解温度及脱硫剂组成结构.
【Abstract】 Nanometer ZnO-based compound metal oxide desulfurizer was prepared by co-deposition. Maximal sulfur capacity of desulfurizer reaches 32.5% under the middle temperature and no oxygen. Further more , one or two of three metal oxides were mixed and have a desulfurization reaction.The result shows that sulfur capacity of ZnO mixed with CuO、MnO is better, moreover desulfurization temperature is lower than that of single ZnO. A few of La2O3 and CeO2 intermingled in desulfurizer can increase reaction activity and enhance desulfurization ability. This paper introduces DTA and XRD techniques to analyze decompounding temperature of metal oxide and constitute of desulfurizer.
