具有PID自整定温控功能的芯片加热器的研制

【摘要】 针对芯片只能在一定温度范围的环境下工作,超出一定的温度范围,芯片会失效等问题,提出了具有PID自整定温度控制功能的芯片加热器的研制.该加热器主要用于准确测试芯片在不同温度环境下的工作状态,有助于发现定位测试中遇到的误码、时序等问题.另外,该芯片加热器可以将失效的芯片加热至一定温度,使焊锡融化,拆卸下来,方便了仪器仪表的维护.

【Abstract】 In view of the problem that chips can work normally only within the fixed temperature scope and they can not work or are damaged outside the fixed temperature scope, a chip’s heater with PID self-adjustment temperature-control function is proposed in this paper.This heater is able to measure accurately a chip’s working state at various temperature and contribute to finding out wrong codes, time sequence,etc.during position measure.In addition,this heater can heat a bad chip in order to melt tin solder and remove this chip, which makes maintenance of an instrument more easy.
