金属板料激光冲击成形数值模拟及工艺分析
Simulation and Analysis of laser shock forming process of sheet metal
【摘要】 激光冲击成形是指利用激光诱导产生的冲击波压力使板料变形的一种新的板料塑性成形技术。本文在激光单点冲击金属板料变形实验的基础上 ,对大面积金属板料的激光多点冲击成形进行了探讨 ,并以金属板料方盒形件为例 ,采用数值模拟技术 ,对无间隔连续冲击和间隔冲击两种方法进行了分析比较。结果表明 ,采用粗冲成形和精冲成形的工艺过程 ,可有效提高板料激光冲击成形的精度。
【Abstract】 Laser shock forming is a novel technique that uses laser-induced shock wave to shape sheet metal. In the paper, sheet metal forming caused by multi-laser-shocking is investigated on the bases of experiments of single-laser-shock forming, and overlapped and interval laser shock peening are analyzed through simulating the process of the forming of a sheet metal square can. The results show that the precision of sheet metal forming can be improved if rude peening and fine peening are adopted in sequence during the forming of metal sheet.
