循环伏安法测定维生素B6
Quantitative Analysis of Vitamin B6 by Cyclic Voltammetry
【摘要】 在pH=80的NH4Cl-NH3·H2O缓冲液中,以丙酮为分散介质,制备了多壁碳纳米管(MWNT)玻碳修饰电极(GCME),建立了用此修饰电极直接测定维生素B6(VB6)的电化学方法。以制备的MWNT/GCME为工作电极,在同样的缓冲溶液中,在100mV/s的扫描速度下,峰电流与VB6在10×10-6~1.0×10-3mol/L浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0998,检出限为10×10-6mol/L。用此修饰电极测定了维生素B6药片中VB6的含量,取得了满意的效果。
【Abstract】 The carboxylated MWNT was dispersed in acetone and a drop of the suspension on GCE was dried to yield a multi wall carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode(MWNT/GCME). Vitamin B 6 could be directly determined using the MWNT/GCME as working electorde by cyclic voltammetry in a buffer solution of NH 4 Cl NH 3 ·H 2 O(pH=8 0). The results showed that the peak current was proportional to the concentration of VB 6 over the concentration range of 1 0×10 -6 to 1 0×10 -3 mol/L at the scan rate of 100 mV/s, and the detection limit was 1 0×10 -6 mol/L with a correlation coeffecient of 0 998. Using this modified electrode, the VB 6 content in a VB 6 tablet was determined satisfactorily.
