Fe2O3-PMMA复合纳米材料的制备及磁性和溶解性
Preparation, Magnetism and Solubility of Fe 2O3-PMMA Composite Nanoparticles
【摘要】 用溶胶 凝胶法制备Fe2 O3 纳米粒子 ,以Fe2 O3 纳米粒子作为种子与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)进行复合。通过XRD、TEM、IR和磁天平等测试表明 ,粒子均为立方体晶系 ,纳米Fe2 O3 的平均粒径为 18 2nm ,磁化率为 1 5 4× 10 -7m3 /mol;Fe2 O3 PMMA的平均粒径为 30 3nm ,磁化率为 1 4 4× 10 -7m3 /mol。测定了Fe2 O3 PMMA复合纳米粒子在 37℃的生理盐水中溶解性为 0 6 %。
【Abstract】 The Fe 2O 3-PMMA composite nanoparticles were prepared from Fe 2O 3 and PMMA via in-situ polymerisation of MMA. The powder is characterized by TEM, XRD, FTIR and magnetic-balance. The result shows that the Fe 2O 3-PMMA powder is cubic system with average diameter and magnetic susceptibility 30.3 nm and 1.44×10 -7 m 3/mol respectively. The compound has solubility of 0.6% in physiological saline at 37 ℃.
