烯丙基水杨醛亚胺镍系聚烯烃催化剂
Allyl Salicylaldiminato Nickel(Ⅱ) Complex for Ethylene Polymerization
【摘要】 合成了烯丙基水杨醛亚胺配体 (6 ) ,并与trans [NiCl(Ph) (PPh3 ) 2 ]反应合成了配合物 (7)([O (3 Allyl)C6H2 ortho C(H)N 2 ,6 C6H3 (i Pr) 2 ]Ni(Ph3 P) (Ph) ) ,用质谱 ,1HNMR、13 CNMR、IR和元素分析对配体及配合物进行了表征。在环辛二烯镍 (Ni(COD) 2 )作助催化剂下能有效地催化乙烯聚合。在 8 0 8× 10 5Pa的压力下 ,其最高活性可达 2 86× 10 5g/ (mol·h) (以催化剂中的Ni为基础计算 ) ,所得聚乙烯粘均分子量在 0 86× 10 4~ 3 17× 10 4之间。并考察了THF、乙酸乙酯、MMA、乙醚对催化剂的聚合性能的影响。
【Abstract】 Allyl salicylaldimine(6) was prepared and reacted with trans-[NiCl(Ph)(PPh 3) 2] to give the salicylaldiminato nickel(Ⅱ) complex(7) ([O-(3-Allyl)C 6H 2[ZJY,0] -ortho-C(H) N-2,6-C 6H 3(i-Pr) 2]Ni(Ph 3-Ni(Ph 3- P)(Ph)). These compounds are characterized by MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The complex (7) activated by 1,5-cyclooctadiene nickel (Ni(COD) 2) is able to catalyze ethylene polymerization effectively. At pressure of 8.08×10 5 Pa, the polymerization activity achieved 2.86×10 5 g/(mol·h)(calculated on the basis of Ni in the catalyst), the M η of polyethylene ranged in 0.86×10 4~3.17×10 4. Effects of THF, ethyl acetate, MMA and ethyl ether on the catalyst have been studied.
