【摘要】 探讨深黄被孢霉菌粉及其提取物对实验性高脂血症小鼠血脂的影响 .用高脂饲料造成昆明小白鼠高脂血症动物模型 ,以力平之为阳性对照 ,测定深黄被孢霉及其提取物灌胃小鼠 6 0d后 ,对高脂血症小鼠的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)含量的影响 .结果表明 :深黄被孢霉及其提取物可使小鼠血清TG、TC降低(P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,并能显著提高血清中HDL水平 (P <0 .0 1) ,且脂溶性提取物和水溶性提取物之间对TG、TC的降低具有协同效果 .图 1表 1参 6更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of Mortierella isabellina power and its extracts on reducing blood lipid were investigated. Experimental mice of Kunming strain with hyperlipidemia were fed with M. isabellina power and the extracts for two months, and then the levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein (HDL) were tested. The results showed that M. isabellina and its extracts had very strong positive effects on prevention and regulation of hyperlipidemia in rats: the serum TC and the TG in rats’ serum were lower, and the HDL in rats’ serum were higher in the animals of experimental group than in those of control.
