【摘要】 对豚鼠气单胞菌 (Aeromonascaviae)CSS 4 2菌株人工感染后的丰产鲫 ,进行了血液有形成分指标和血浆生化指标的测定 .结果发现 ,病鱼血红蛋白浓度显著降低 (P≤ 0 .0 5 ) ;白细胞数显著增加 (P≤ 0 .0 5 ) ;白细胞分类计数、中性粒细胞百分率极显著地增加 (P≤ 0 .0 0 1) ,而淋巴细胞百分率极显著地减少 (P≤ 0 .0 0 1) ;血浆总胆红素浓度显著降低 (P≤ 0 .0 5 ) ,肌酸激酶活性十分显著地降低 (P≤ 0 .0 1) ,而尿酸浓度显著升高 (P≤ 0 .0 5 ) .血液指标的变化显示 ,鱼体严重感染该细菌后 ,病鱼造血功能、心脏和肾功能都出现障碍 .表 2参 10更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the haematology and hemanalysis on the septicemia in Carassius auratus of pengze (♀) × Cyprinus acutidorsalis (♂) artificially injected with Aeromonas caviae strain CSS 4 2. Compared with the control fish, the haemoglobin values significantly decreased and quantity of leucocytes greatly increased in infected fish ( P ≤0.05). The percentage of neutrophil was obviously higher and that of lymphocyte, but obviously lower than that in control fish ( P ≤ 0.001 ). Total bilirubin in plasma was lower and uric acid was higher in the infected fish than that in control fish ( P ≤ 0.05 ). Creatine kinase (CK)was significantly lower than that in control fish( P ≤0.01). The results indicated that the functions of haematopoietic organs, heart and kidney broke down. Tab 2, Ref 10更多还原
