【摘要】 目的:观察复方鳖甲软肝片对高脂性大鼠肝脏脂肪变性的影响。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,从50只大鼠中抽取10只为正常对照组,给予普通饲料喂养,其余40只给予高脂饲料喂养,15d后分为模型对照组和复方鳖甲软肝片低、中、高剂量组。根据肝小叶内含脂滴细胞数与总细胞数的比值,将肝细胞脂肪变性程度进行分级,采用秩和检验的方法,进行等级资料数据的处理。结果:复方鳖甲软肝片低、中、高剂量均有明显减少肝细胞内脂滴的作用。结论:复方鳖甲软肝片对高脂性大鼠肝脏脂肪变性有明显的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of Compound Biejiaruangan Tablets(CBT) on experimental fatty liver in rats.Methods:10 male rats were drew out randomly from fifty rats as normal control group(Group A),they were fed with common foods,the others were fed with high fatty foods.After 15 days,they were randomly divided into model control group(Group B),CBT low dose group(Group C),CBT middle dose group (Group D),CBT high dose group (Group E).The classification data of cells of fatty drops in liver acinus were analysed with rank sun test.Results:Each group of CBT could evidently reduce fatty drops of liver cells.Conclusion:CBT has evidently therapeutic effects on experimental fatty liver in rats.更多还原
