【Abstract】 Objective:To prepare the azithromycin gel and to establise a quality standard.Methods :The content of azithromycin in the gel was determined by spectrophotometry after reacting with sulfuric acid.Results:The average recovery of azithromycin was(98.77±0.93)%.Conclusion:The azithromycin gel can be prepared easily with stable properties and good quality.更多还原
