【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定益精补肾冲剂中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法:选用LichrospherC18色谱柱,以乙腈-2%乙酸水(30∶70)为流动相,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为270nm。结果:淫羊藿苷线性范围为4.32～21.60μg/mL,回归方程为Y=21106X-9682.5,r=1.000,平均回收率为98.69%,RSD=1.13%。结论:HPLC法简便、可靠,结果准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method of HPLC for determination of icarrin in Yijingbushen Granules.Methods :A lichrospher C 18 column was used.The acetonitrile -2%acetum(30∶70)solution was used as the mobile phase.The flow rate was1.0mL /min.Thedetermi -nation wavelength was270nm.Results:For icarrin,the linear range was4.32～21.60μg /mL.The linear equation was Y=21106X-9682.5,while the correlation coefficient was1.000and the average recovery rate was98.69%,RSD=1.13%.Conclusion:The method is simple,reliable,accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the Yijingbushen Granules.更多还原
