【摘要】 目的:探讨吡喹酮治疗囊虫病出现杀虫反应时的有效治疗方法。方法:应用吡喹酮治疗囊虫病患者1056例,出现杀虫反应者326例(30.87%),其中脑囊虫病300例(92.00%),合并绦虫感染者75例(23.00%),仅有皮肌感染者26例(7.97%)。吡喹酮药物剂量均为30mg/(kg·d)×12d,分3次口服。结果:杀虫反应表现为发热251例(77.00%),神经系统反应185例(56.75%),荨麻疹30例(9.20%),消化系统反应40例(12.27%),喉头水肿1例(0.31%),过敏性休克1例(0.31%)。给予退热、脱水、降颅压、抗过敏等治疗,待症状减轻后可继续服吡喹酮抗囊治疗。结论:应用吡喹酮抗囊治疗可出现杀虫反应,服药期间密切观察病情变化,及时对症治疗,对安全度过杀虫反应期至关重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate effective therapies against cysticercidal reaction of priziquantel in treatment of cysticercosis.Methods:A total of 1 056 cases with cysticercosis were given priziquantel.Therapy 326 cases (30.87%) occured cysticercidal reaction,including 300 cases with cerebral cysticercosis(92.00%),75 cases with concurrent infection of taeniasis(23%),only 26 cases with cutaneous muscle cys-ticercosis(7.97%). Priziquantel was administered at 30 mg/(kg·d)×12 d,three times a day.Results:The cysticercidal reaction included that prevalence was 77.00%fever nervous system reaction 56.75%,uriticaria 9.20%,alimentary system reaction 12.27%,laryngeal hy-drops 0.31%,allergic shock 0.31%.In all the cases therapies of abatement of fever,dehydration,lowering intracranial hypertension and an-tiallergy ect were respectively applied.Then the anticysticercosis therapy with priziquantel was given again after the obove symptoms abat-ed.Conclusions:In these cases with priziquantel therapy cysticercidal reaction is reported.It is important to observe and treat it properly so as to help patients pan this period saftely.更多还原
