公立医院产权改革研究综述
Summarize of Property Right Reform of Public Hospitals
【摘要】 从上世纪80年代开始,国内出现了关于公立医院产权问题的研究。院长负责制是公立医院产权改革的开始。 到上世纪90年代,来自海外以及其他行业的关于产权改革的理论和实践开始被引进到我国公立医疗机构的产权改革中。
【Abstract】 From 1980s, there have been some research about property right of public hospitals. The chair man-in-charge is the beginning or property right or public hospitals. From 1990s, theories and experience coming from o verseas and other industrials improves the reform in healthcare system.
