【摘要】 目的开展高质量、高效率的健康教育,提高腹部手术病人的手术适应能力和自我保健能力。方法以健康教育“知、信、行”理论模式为基础及美国Marion&Meriolean的护理结果分类为框架,制定针对腹部手术病人的标准健康教育计划及评价指标,对180例腹部手术病人进行对照分析。结果实验组病人的健康教育满意度明显高于对照组(98.20%VS87.25%)。结论标准健康教育计划的应用显著提高了健康教育的效果和病人的自我保健能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives Carry out high quality and effective health education and improve the adapting and self care abilities of patients who have accepted abdomen operations.Methods On the basis of theoretical model of “Knowledge,belief,action”and under the framework of US,Marion &Meriolean’nursing outcomes classification,constitute standard health education programs and assessment indicators for the patients who has got abdomen operations,and carry out control analysis of the selected 180 patients.Results The satisfaction degree of patients of the experimental group is significantly better than the control group (98.20%VS87.25%).Conclusions The utilization of standard health education plans significantly promotes the effectiveness of health education and the patients’self care abilities.更多还原
