【摘要】 为探讨建立评价医院和医生用药行为的机制,将合理用药纳入医院管理,针对评价对象,分别提出建立基于病历处方和门诊处方的合理用药评价机制、基于医疗单位的合理用药评价机制,并对其相应的优缺点进行了分析。文章作者提出评价机制建立后,在应用中要注意适宜性,并做好监督、考核的落实工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 The evaluation mechanisms on rational drug use aiming for recipes and medical institutions are analyzed respectively in order to evaluate behavior of drug use of hospitals and doctors and introduce rational drug use into hospital management.In addition,the suitability of the evaluation mechanisms is analyzed in application.At the same time,supervision and check is emphasized and relative advices are given for the implementation of the evaluation mechanisms.更多还原
