【摘要】 医院药品采购,在招标的基础上进行顺加作价是对药品招标工作的重大改进。顺加作价采用中标价为基准价,使零售价的确定有了合理的标准,所形成的零售价真正实现了降价。但新出台的顺加作价政策在实践中也反映出一些不完善之处。对医院的亏损及其补偿措施、潜在的负面作用等问题需要特别给予关注和设法解决。文章提出了需要关注的问题和解决问题的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is a great improvement in drug management that drug price determination forms on tender plus fixed rate in the union of hospitals.Price on tender plus fixed rate has a reasonable price standard basis because the basis price is the tender winned price.It did make the drug price in hospitals drop that the police of price on tender plus fixed rate enforced.But the new police revealed some unperformance such as hospital’s loss and how to compensate,latent side effect which should be paid to attention especially.It is presented what problems are and how to solve them in train of thought in this aticle.更多还原
