【摘要】 目的:分析费用控制政策对医院用药行为的影响,研究如何改善医院的补偿机制。方法:通过比较分析,研究4所医院的用药行为。结果:当医院的药品执行数不会超过总量控制下达的“药品指标核定数”后,医院会在年底有“补足”行为。当医院药品执行数超出总量控制下达的“药品指标核定数”后,医院会在年底有“休克”行为。结论:应以“病例组合指数”作为医院补偿基础,调整现有的费用控制政策;根据不同功能定位的医院和服务,实施不同的补偿模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the impact for expenditure control policy to hospital drug utilization behavior,study how to improve hospital reimbursement mechanism.Method Through comparable analysis,study four hospitals drug utilization behavior.Results Hospitals have“make up”or“shock”behavior at the end of the year when drug utilization will not exceed or exceed the prescriptive amount.Conclusion To adjust the present expenditure control policy based on “case mixed index”.According to different types hospitals to apply different reimbursement model.更多还原
