【摘要】 为帮助和促进江西省县级以上医院检验科建立“临床实验室质量保证管理体系”,保障医学检验结果的准确性,采取了现场审核、现场提问、现场测试、现场指出问题并提出整改意见的方式,对全省89家县级以上医院进行现场考核和考评。结果显示,大部分医院检验科已初步建立了实验室质量保证管理体系,但还存在很多不符合项;检验科主任的管理水平及敬业精神和院领导的重视与扶持直接影响实验室质量保证管理体系的建立和发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 To help medical laboratories which are in Jiangxi Provincial prefectural and superior hospitals establishing medical laboratory quality assurance management system,To ensure the veracity of medical experiment,We evaluate and check 89 hospitals at present by auditing,quizzing,experimenting,pointing out the matters and bring forward the opinions.Results indicate that quality assurance management system is being established in A majority of laboratory,but lots of items don’t tally with the standard.It directly effects the instaurations and developments of medical laboratories’quality assurance management system which is directors’level about managements and energy in work and hospital’s shepherds of helping and auspice.更多还原
