【摘要】 目的 :建立肌苷葡萄糖注射液中肌苷含量的高效液相色谱测定法。方法 :采用HypersilODS柱 ,以甲醇 水 (10∶90 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 48nm ,流速 1.0mL·min 1 。结果 :肌苷浓度在 8～ 40 μg·mL 1 范围内有良好线性关系(r=0 .9999)。平均回收率 10 2 .3 % (n =5 ) ,RSD为 0 .7%。结论 :该法简便、快速、准确 ,可测定注射液中肌苷的含量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To set up an HPLC method for the det ermination of the content of inosine in the inosine glucose injection. Methods:A Hypersil ODS C 18 column was employed. Th e mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (10∶90), with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min -1. The detection wavelength was 248 nm. Results:A good linear relationship was shown when the co ncentrations of imositol was in the range of 8-40 μg·mL -1(r=0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 102.3%, RSD=0.7% (n=5). Conclusion:The method was shown to be handy, quick and a ccurate in the determination.更多还原
